We inspect the roof deck to make sure it is in perfect conditions, If there are any damaged areas, we repair or replace them.
Step 3: Install Synthetic Underlayment Drip Edge and metal valley
Underlayment is applied to prevent moisture and protect the plywood and roof structure. The drip edge is to prevent water damage and leaks. The Metal valley installation is for protect your roof from leaks by preventing water, snow, and debris
Step 4: Install the New Asphalt Roof Shingles, we secure each piece of shingle for maximum durability. We install 6 coil nails on each roof shingle. We install new pipes jacks and new roof vents.
Step 5: Flashing, silicone, and Paint
Flashing and caulking are added around vents, chimneys, pipes, and roof edges to prevent water leaks.
Step 6: clean up around you property if any trash blows to your neighbors properties we are responsible to picking up
